A six-week course focussing on getting the most from a daily meditation practice:
Building on the five essential themes of the Foundation Course, the Level Two Course finds you in a small group of committed students who are each working towards getting the most from their daily practice.
In this course you will receive individual attention to help you personally, as well as learning further techniques and ideas to help deepen and consolidate your meditation practice.
Achieving a daily meditation routine is a strong goal of this course, and each week you will report to the group on your progress and experiences.
This course also includes a high-value 90 minute private Meditation Coaching session with Stephen, by appointment.
