"After a very busy period in my life I thought it was time to learn properly about meditation. It was something that had interested me for much of my adult life but I had never really taken it further than when we did it at the end of the Yoga Class.
" I saw Stephen’s course advertised and initially I was a bit scared about having to meditate for the whole duration of the level 1 course. 1 1/2 hours of sitting still. I didn't think I could do that. But I thought, 'Hey, I will pay the fee and go the first week and if it's too much sitting, I wont go back'. Thankfully I loved it! There was some talking and reflection along with the meditation and we were allowed to sit or lay down or even sleep. Just as long as we were comfortable! I really enjoyed the course and looked forward to the class every week. I didn't really practice the meditation when not at the course but felt better for going each week."
